built-in statistical transforms. Computes confidence intervals,
regression fits, LOESS smoothing, moving averages, error bars,
and uncertainty visualizations (quantile dot plots and fan
charts) in R and renders them as composable chart layers via
'htmlwidgets'. Supports 36 chart types including boxplots,
violin plots, Q-Q diagnostic plots, calendar heatmaps, survival
curves, and group comparisons with pairwise significance
testing. Also provides a machine-readable chart specification
schema with validators so that large language model agents can
author and verify charts. Works in 'RStudio', 'Shiny', and 'R
Markdown'.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/mortonanalytics/actions/runs/27406086789</link><pubDate>Thu, 11 Jun 2026 03:18:33 GMT</pubDate><r:package>myIO</r:package><r:version>1.2.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://mortonanalytics.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/mortonanalytics/myio</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>chart-types.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>chart-types.html</r:filename><r:title>Chart Types</r:title><r:created>2026-03-14 20:57:10</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-19 01:40:27</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>large-data-linking.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>large-data-linking.html</r:filename><r:title>Large-data linking with myIO</r:title><r:created>2026-04-24 00:03:43</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-24 00:03:43</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>llm-tool-calling.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>llm-tool-calling.html</r:filename><r:title>LLM Tool Calling</r:title><r:created>2026-05-22 03:54:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-22 04:17:10</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>plotly-migration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>plotly-migration.html</r:filename><r:title>Migrating from plotly to myIO</r:title><r:created>2026-03-29 00:55:08</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-29 00:55:08</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>shiny-integration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>shiny-integration.html</r:filename><r:title>Shiny Integration</r:title><r:created>2026-03-14 21:31:33</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-26 18:47:06</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>sparklines.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>sparklines.html</r:filename><r:title>Sparklines in Tables</r:title><r:created>2026-03-28 23:30:57</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-28 23:30:57</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>transforms-and-theming.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>transforms-and-theming.html</r:filename><r:title>Transforms &amp; Theming</r:title><r:created>2026-03-14 20:57:10</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-22 02:24:09</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>why-myio.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>why-myio.html</r:filename><r:title>Why myIO</r:title><r:created>2026-03-22 02:24:09</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-26 03:27:02</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
